Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Introduction

If the item you receive is significantly not as described or is of very low quality, you can return your order for a full refund. However, you can also choose to keep the product and agree to a partial refund amount directly with our customer service representative.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost, and you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. How to receive authorization for the refund?

Refund Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For returned products, a full refund will be credited for defective items. For non-defective products, shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund, as well as the costs of the gifts included.


Exceptions

You are not eligible to apply for a refund if:


Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).

Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

You made a mistake while ordering, and we have shipped your orders. You will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it for a refund.

You made a mistake while ordering, and you do not want to return the item (buyer must pay for the return shipping since they are asking for exchange for the items, this might usually happen for the item which has variants of size, that is why we always encourage buyer to check our sizing chart very carefully before making the orders to avoid any different perception of sizing standard for some countries or manufacturers)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an item needs to be exchanged for other reasons (wrong size / color ordered by customer, etc) eligibility for a free replacement is determined on a case by case basis. Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our Quality Control Department.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on a returned order, returned to sender, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund requested by the purchaser.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
